If you have back-office software, you can continue adding new scratchers games to your price book and push to your POS system. Lottoshield cannot add games to your back-office software. Using this feature when you have back-office software the items will be rang up into your POS properly but your back-office software may not pull the name of the game and name it as unknown item in your back-office system.
If you don’t have back-office software and would like Lottoshield to automatically add new games to your POS price book, you can do so with a few easy clicks!
Open the location you want to add games.
In the left menu, click Scratchers and then Games.
In the top right, toggle Add New Games to My Price Book to On and then select Push All.
New games will now automatically be added to your POS price book!
