Gilbarco Passport BackOffice Configuration

Go to the Manager Workstation from the Passport

From the Gilbarco Passport, Select Tools > Select Manager Workstation

Select Login > Sign in with Manager or Admin credentials

Select Setup > Store

.          

Select Back Office > Back Office Interface

.        

Selecting Options

Interface Format Dropdown

• Click the Dropdown and Select NACS XML v3.4

Documents Tab  

• Store Close Column should have everything checked
• Shift Close Column should be blank

Generation Options Tab

Check the following boxes:

• Generate Transaction Level Detail (PJR)

• Generate Acknowledgement files

• Drop UPC Check Digit

Polling Options Tab

• Check the XML Gateway File Polling checkbox

• Enter the Following

  • Backoffice Username: BackOffice (B capital, O capital)

  • Backoffice Password: BackOffice (B capital, O capital)

  • Directory Path to Pull XML Files From: Z:\BoOutBox\

  • Directory Path to Push XML Files To: Z:\BoInBox\

Import Options Tab

• Check the The Back Office send a value of 0 for the base item in the POSCodeModifier tag checkbox

Save and Finish

• Click Save, then OK, then Yes and Yes one more time. You're done!
• Have a LottoShield rep check to see if PJR Files are showing up in the BoOutBox
