Getting Help with LottoShield

LottoShield is designed to be simple to use—but we know that lottery management can be complex. That’s why we provide multiple ways to get the best support possible whenever you need it.


Ways to Get Help from LottoShield

1. LottoShield Help Center
You’re already here—and there’s much more to explore! The Help Center is regularly updated with new content to guide you through setup, troubleshooting, and best practices for every part of your lottery operation.


2. LottoShield Chat Support
Every page in the LottoShield Portal includes a green chat icon located near the bottom of the page.

Click it anytime you need assistance. Our support team is available Monday–Friday, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time).


3. Email Support
If you need help outside of business hours, send us an email at support@lottoshield.com.
We’ll respond as soon as possible once our team is back online.
