Introduction to the LottoShield Pro Portal
The LottoShield Pro Portal is where you’ll access detailed information about your lottery operations.
If your account includes multiple store locations, you’ll see a summary overview on the default page (shown below). Clicking into a specific location reveals detailed information, including audit history, pack details, backstock, missing packs, vending machine data, and more.
The portal provides multiple windows for viewing and managing your lottery data, and we cover each in detail in the Understanding the LottoShield Pro Portal section of the LottoShield Help Center.
Locations
The Locations page will be the first screen you see when signing in to LottoShield Pro. This page provides a list of all your store locations along with a status overview for each, based on the selected date range.
Under each column, you will see the status of the different categories. Shortages appear as a negative number in red, overages appear as a positive number in black, and categories that reconcile exactly are marked with a green check mark.
The Backstock column will show either the number of missing packs or a green check mark if no packs are missing.
If no backstock or vending machine audits have been performed during the selected date range, the column will simply remain empty.
Tip: Use the date range selector in the upper-right corner to adjust the range of days shown across all pages in LottoShield.
Clicking on a store location row will open that store’s details. By default, you’ll be directed to the Audits page.
