Looking at Previously Resolved Issues

Sometimes, you may want to go over previously resolved issues. It’s possible you chose the wrong resolution for a problem and need to edit it.

 

To look at previously resolved issues, pick the appropriate store location in your dashboard. In the location’s left menu, click Resolved Issues.

The Resolutions page will show you all previously resolved issues. You can change how many entries you see using the Show dropdown in the top left.

The User column lets you know who marked the issue as resolved. The Description column shows you a brief explanation of how a problem was resolved.

 

Note: It’s important to remember what resolution you selected in order to edit it.

Missing Packs

For example, the pack pictured above was considered missing and was found and moved into backstock.

 

Click the Time to see the pack details. To edit the resolution, click Moved to Backstock.

Here you can change the dropdowns and notes to update the resolution. Click Save to keep your changes. If you want to remove the resolution completely, click Delete.

If the missing pack had been marked as Sold, you follow the same basic steps. Click the Time to see pack details.

 

Click the Pack was Sold button to update or delete the resolution.

 

Scratcher Discrepancies

For scratcher discrepancy resolutions, clicking the Time will bring you to the scratcher timeline.

On the timeline, the resolution shows as gray. Click Resolved.

This opens the Resolution Note. You can make your changes to the resolution using the dropdowns or adding new notes. Click Save to keep your changes. If you want to remove the resolution completely, click Delete.

 

Online Lotto Discrepancies

For online lotto resolutions, click the Time to open the details page.

 

Look for the gray box with the resolved dollar amount and click Resolved.

 

In the resolution note make changes and click Save or remove the solution altogether with Delete.

 

 

 

Payout Discrepancies

For payout discrepancy resolutions, click the Time to open the details page.

Look for the gray box with the resolved dollar amount and click Resolved.

In the resolution note make changes and click Save or remove the solution altogether with Delete.
