- Customers with a separate cash box for Lottery Sales
- You need to make sure you have all your reports from your Lottery terminal to reconcile your cash.
- Online sales report, cashes report and return slips (If any packs are removed from your display case by the Lottery Rep and returned).
- Cash only (No cashless sales)
- Scratcher display Movement (From LottoShield) + Online Lotto Sales - Cancels - Lotto/Lottery Cashes - Partial Returns (if removed from the display) = Total Cash
- Compare Total Cash to Physical Cash
- Scratcher display Movement (From LottoShield) + Online Lotto Sales - Cancels - Lotto/Lottery Cashes - Partial Returns (if removed from the display) = Total Cash
- Stores in states using card payment terminals connected to lottery terminal (Customers in Ohio)
- Scratcher display Movement (From LottoShield) + Online Lotto Sales - Cancels - Lotto/Lottery Cashes - Cashless Sales - Partial Returns (if removed from the display) = Total Cash
- `Compare Total Cash to Physical Cash
- Scratcher display Movement (From LottoShield) + Online Lotto Sales - Cancels - Lotto/Lottery Cashes - Cashless Sales - Partial Returns (if removed from the display) = Total Cash

- Make sure you print out all your reports from your Lottery terminal to reconcile your sales.
- Sales Summary, Cashes, Returns (If Lottery rep took any partial packs from your display case)
- If all sales go through your POS, LottoShield highly recommends you create separate departments / categories for your Lottery sales. Doing this allows you to compare actual sales to what should have sold.
- For Example : If you have one lottery department you would take the Scratcher display movement (From LottoShield) + Online Sales - Cancels - Partial Returns (if removed from the display) = Total Sales (From POS Report)
- If you have two lottery departments one for Scratchers and one for Online lotto.
- Compare Scratcher display movement (From LottoShield) - Partial Returns (if removed from the display - Scratcher sales (From POS report) = Scratcher inventory total over/short
- Compare online sales - cancels (From lottery terminal report) to Online total sales (From POS report) = online lotto total over/short
- Make sure you print out all your reports from your Lottery terminal to reconcile your sales.
