Managing Locations

From time to time, you may need to update a location’s details—such as its payment method, store name, gas brand, POS brand, or whether the store uses a vending machine. The Location Settings page in LottoShield makes it easy to manage these options.

Most settings on this page are self-explanatory, but this article will guide you to the correct place to make updates.

Accessing Location Settings

1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings.

2. Click My Account.

   The Account Settings page will open.

3. Scroll down to the Locations section.

   

4. Find the location you want to update and click Edit.

The Edit Location page will appear, showing all available settings for that store.

What You Can Manage

From the Edit Location page, you can update:

• Store name

• Store address

• Gas brand

• POS brand

• Payment method

• Whether LottoShield should add new games to your price book (when supported)

• Whether the store has a vending machine

• Lottery Retailer ID

Make any changes needed to keep your store’s information up to date.

Save Your Changes

After updating the location’s information, click Save at the bottom of the page.

Your location settings will be updated immediately.
