New LottoShield Interface and Dashboards

We’ve updated LottoShield with a cleaner, more modern interface and new dashboard tools designed to make store review faster and easier.

Most of the information you already use is still in the same general place, but the pages have been refreshed for better readability, navigation, and daily review.

What’s New

Updated Store View Dashboard

The Store View Dashboard has been refreshed with more useful columns and an improved layout to make day-to-day store review easier.

New Manager View

Manager View allows stores to be grouped by manager responsibility, including Regional Manager and District Manager assignments. Each manager section can be expanded to review the store-level data underneath.

New State View

State View allows stores to be grouped by state, making it easier to review activity and performance across larger groups of locations.

Customization

Dashboard columns can now be customized, including which columns are visible and the order they appear. This allows users to tailor the dashboard to the information most relevant to their review process. Click Save as Default View to make it your primary view or refresh or navigate to another page to go back to your existing saved view. 

Improved Issue Filters

Issue filters have been moved into a side drawer to reduce screen clutter. The dashboard now shows an issue count indicator, with a button to open the filter drawer when you want to narrow the results. If you have a filter applied, just click the X icon beside the filter name to remove it. 

Updated User Management

User Management has been expanded to give admins more flexible ways to manage access and store responsibilities. Admins can now manage assignments by user or by store location, making it easier to review who has access to each part of the organization.

A new Visualize view also provides a visual overview of the user/store structure. This view is for review only, so changes still need to be made through the user or store location management tabs.

What to Expect

The updated interface is intended to make LottoShield easier to scan, easier to navigate, and more useful for reviewing multiple stores. We’ll continue improving the experience based on customer feedback.
