Steps to set up Payout Account
Go to manager workstation > Login with manager or higher access > Setup > Store > Income/Expense Account Maintenance
- On the right side click Add
- Account ID - Enter a number for the account ID
- Description - Enter Lottery Payout for description
- In the Account Type Box select "Expense"
- Click Save (If the number for account ID is already taken you won't be able to see)
- Go back to the main POS screen
- Hit paid out button - You should now see Lottery Payout as an option
