State View Dashboard
State View organizes store data by state. Use this dashboard to review state-level totals and expand each state to see the individual stores included underneath it.
State View is helpful when you want to review lottery activity across stores grouped by state.
State View Layout
State View uses an expandable table. Each top-level row represents a state, and the values shown across that row are rollup totals for the stores nested underneath that state.
Use the arrow next to a state name to expand the row and view the stores included in that state.
The selected date range affects the values shown in State View, including shortages, overages, audits, and other dashboard totals.
State Rollups
Each state row shows combined totals for the stores listed underneath that state.
When a state is expanded, the individual stores appear below the state row. This allows you to review the state-level total and the store-level activity that contributes to it.
Expanding a State
Click a state to view the stores grouped under that state.
When expanded, the state row remains visible and the individual stores appear underneath.
Expand a state to view the stores included in that state’s totals.
Exporting State View
Click Save to CSV to export the current State View data to a CSV file.
This can be useful when reviewing state-level totals outside LottoShield or sharing dashboard information in a spreadsheet format.
Columns
State View uses the shared dashboard column controls.
Click Columns to show, hide, or reorder the columns displayed in the table. For more information, see the dashboard overview article’s section on customizing columns.
