Online Lotto in the LottoShield Pro Portal

LottoShield provides automated reconciliation of your Online Lotto sales by comparing sales data from your POS with information from your state lottery integration.

The Online Lotto page displays your register sales totals, state lottery totals, and the calculated over/short for each day.

Reports

Clicking the Print Report button generates a detailed report covering scratchers, online lotto, and payout totals for the selected date range. A shortened example of this report is shown below.

Note:
This report can be accessed from the Audits, Online Lotto, and Payouts pages.

Resolving Issues

LottoShield also allows you to resolve discrepancies directly from the Online Lotto page.
Clicking the pencil icon to the right of an over/short entry opens a window where you can enter resolution details.

Note: Secondary users may have limited permissions depending on their account setup. Only users with appropriate privileges can resolve discrepancies.
