Vending Machine Slips in the LottoShield Pro Portal
If your store is using LottoShield’s Managed Service to track vending machine inventory, you’ll see VM Slips listed in the left navigation menu of the LottoShield Portal.
A VM Slip in LottoShield refers to a printed vending machine report that has been uploaded and incorporated into your lottery tracking. The VM Slip page allows you to:
- View a record of all uploaded vending machine slips
- Upload new slips directly to LottoShield
- Review the detailed data extracted from each slip
Slips Page
When you open the VM Slip section, the first page you’ll see is the Slips Page. This page displays all vending machine slips that have already been uploaded and incorporated into LottoShield.
Each entry includes a general description of the slip, the upload date, shift start and end times, and the current status of the slip.
Note:
If a slip shows a Pending status, it means it has not yet been fully analyzed or incorporated into LottoShield.

Uploading Vending Machine Slips
Clicking the Upload New Shift Report button lets you select and upload an image of a new slip.
Note: Vending machine slips are typically uploaded through the LottoShield Mobile App during vending machine audits. However, this page provides an alternative method for uploading slips directly through the LottoShield Portal.

Slip View
Clicking on the description of a report opens a detailed view, showing both the original slip image and the data LottoShield extracted from it. Use the slider above the slip to adjust it's viewing size.
Note: The example image below has been shortened for display purposes.
