What Happens at the End of My Free Trial?

Once you’ve signed up for LottoShield’s 14-day free trial of LottoShield Lite, you will have 14 days to learn the ins and outs, train your employees to do regular audits and begin seeing the many benefits of LottoShield Lite. Those benefits include:

• Time savings
• Accurate display case audits
• Simplified tracking processes
• Backstock inventory tracking
• Missing pack alerts

Several days before your trial ends, you will receive an email advising you to enter your payment details to avoid disruptions in your service. If no payment information is entered before the end of your trial, the tracking information in your LottoShield portal will be locked. That looks like this:

To resolve this issue, simply go to Settings > My Account in the left navigation bar in your LottoShield portal. Scroll down until you see the Add Payment Method section where you will find options for adding a Credit Card or setting up ACH, as seen below:

Once a payment method has been added and verified, you will be charged for the options you selected and your access to LottoShield Lite will return.
