Your dashboard is the first thing that you see when you log into the program. From your dashboard, you can see an overview of your different locations, set notifications, add users and locations, manage your billing and even refer a friend to LottoShield.

Overview
You’ll immediately see a list of your locations and an overview of their statistics.
A checkmark in one of the columns means that there were no problems. Otherwise, you can see the number of missing packs, or the amount of inventory/money your scratchers, online lotto, or payouts were off by.
You can click these values to see more details about a problem. To return to the dashboard, click the LottoShield logo in the top left to return to your dashboard.
My Account
In the left menu click the click settings with the ⚙️ symbol. Click My Account.
This opens the Account Settings page.
Notifications
On your Account page, click the checkbox to Subscribe to daily reports if you would like a daily email for your locations.
Click Update to save your changes.
Add Users
On your Account Settings page, scroll to the Users section and click Add a user.
You can also click Settings and then Add User in the left menu.
You will need an email, first and last name, and access level for a new user.
Access level can be Limited, meaning that a user can only access the locations you check off below and may or may not be able to resolve issues. Click the checkbox User can resolve issues if you want the user to be able to resolve issues for the selected locations.
The other access level is Administrator. Admins have access to all locations and can always resolve issues.
When you’re done click the Invite. The user will receive a setup link to their email.
You can update user information any time by returning to the User section and clicking Edit next to a username.
Add Locations
On your Account Settings page, scroll to the Locations section and click Add a location.
For each new location, you have to select a payment method and billing plan. You need to enter a store name, address, Lottery retailer ID#, gas station brand, and POS brand.
Next there are two boxes to select if necessary.

- Check the boxes if you want new scratcher games are automatically added to your POS price book.
- If your store has a vending machine, click the second box.
When you’re done, click Add Location.
You can update a location at any time by returning to the Locations section and clicking Edit next to a location.
Billing and Payments
To view or update your billing information, scroll down to the Billing and Payment section. Click View Billing Portal.
You can update your payment method by clicking Add payment method. To remove an old payment method, click the x to the right of the description.
Your past invoices are under the Invoice History section. You can see the amount and payment status of an invoice. For more details on an invoice, click the box icon next to the invoice date.
When you’re done with invoices, click Return to LottoShield on the left.
Refer a Friend
To refer a friend to LottoShield, click Settings in the left menu and select Refer and Earn.
