Onboarding Intro:

For you to get started on LottoShield Lite There are two simple steps

1. Download the LottoShield Mobile app
   1. Open the camera on your phone point it at the QR code. Iphone for IOS and Android for Android. Open the QR code and it should take you directly to LottoShield to download it.
   2. You can also just go to your App store or Play store from your device and search "LottoShield" and download it that way.
2. Perform your Audit
   1. Once you've downloaded the LottoShield app, you'll need to sign in. Your username is your email you signed up with and your password you created during the sign up process.
3. After completing 1 and 2 return to dashboard to view the data.

How to Perform a display case audit

Performing Audit:

1. Download LottoShield mobile app from app store or by scanning QR code with device from the main dashboard.
2. Login LottoShield app with email and password entered during sign up process. Once credentials are entered press sign in
3. Select store you are going to scan at. If you have multiple locations you will see multiple stores unless you logged in as a user with that is assigned to a specific location.
4. Select display case audit to perform audit
5. Scan all packs in the display case - Scan the long barcode showing the game-pack-ticket number.
6. Once finished scanning review the number of packs scanned, then select done
7. Review audit check total packs scanned. Double check there are not duplicate game number and pack number scanned but different ticket number.
8. Finalize the audit by clicking submit and then okay. The app should return to the main screen showing audit types.

Reviewing LottoShield Lite after first Audit is performed.

1. Sign into LottoShield account
2. Dashboard will now change and show "Display Case Movement"
3. Click on your store name. This will take you to the "Daily Overview"
   
   1. Depending on the date range chosen at the top right that is the period of days you will see.
   2. You will see the total inventory movement for each day. That movement will show the total scratcher inventory dollars ($). To learn how to reconcile your cash/sales click here
4. Selecting one of the days will drop down and show all the audits performed during that day.
   1. Clicking on the audit will bring you to the Audit details page. You'll see all the packs that were scanned and their details. The last column will show each packs movement and at the bottom of the page you'll see total packs scanned and total scratcher inventory moment which is showing in dollars ($). 

Setting up your State Lottery Connection.

Establishing the Lottery connection is a very simple process. Click here and follow the instructions provided to set up your Lottery connection.

What makes the connection so important?

LottoShield is the only company that is able to automatically track the life cycle of a scratcher pack. It requires no manual entry on the customers end.

1. LottoShield will automatically know what is in your back stock from the state lottery reports we receive.
   1. Nothing has to be manually entered or scanned in. LottoShield will grab the report from the state and automatically upload the data into the system. You can find the information in the packs tab under "BackStock".
2. Pack activations
   1. The benefit is that LottoShield will know when a pack is activated at the lottery terminal and if it does not end up being scanned with the LottoShield scanner and doesn't show up in audit detail reports, we mark them missing. This highlights a potential risk and you are able to take action very quickly.
3. Returns
   1. Depending on the state you're in LottoShield will get return reports the day after the Lottery rep picks up old packs that are either expiring or most of the winning tickets have been redeemed. These reports
