Adding Payment Methods in LottoShield (Credit Cards and ACH)

LottoShield supports three types of payment methods:


Accessing Payment Settings

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings.

  2. Click Billing. The Billing Settings page will open.

  3. The Add Payment section appears at the top of the page.

    Make note of the highlighted areas below, which show where to click for the Card and ACH payment options.

Add a Credit Card

  1. Click the Card button in the Add Payment section. The window will expand to show the credit card entry form.

  2. Enter your credit card details.

  3. Click Save.

Your credit card will now be saved and available for use.

Add a Bank Account (ACH) – Partner Banks (Instant Setup)

If your bank appears in the search list, you can connect it instantly using your bank login.

  1. Click the ACH button. The ACH entry section will expand.

  2. Enter a name to identify this ACH account into the Full Name field  (company or location name recommended).

  3. In the Search for your bank field, begin typing your bank’s name. See image.

  4. When your bank appears, click on it to continue.

  5. Click Agree and Continue.

  6. Log in using your online banking credentials.

  7. Select the account you want to use for LottoShield payments and click Connect Account.

  8. After you see the Success message, click Back to LottoShield.

  9. Click Set up bank account to finish the process. See image.

Your ACH payment method will be ready for immediate use.

Add a Bank Account (ACH) – Manual Entry (1–2 Business Days)

If your bank does not appear in the search list, you can link it manually using micro-deposits.

  1. Click the ACH button.

  2. Enter a name to identify this ACH account into the Full Name field  (company or location name recommended).
  3. In the Search for your bank field, begin typing your bank’s name.

  4. When your bank does not appear, click Enter bank details manually (may take 1–2 business days). See highlighted portion of the image.

  5. Enter your Routing Number, Account Number, and Account Type.

  6. Click Back to LottoShield.

  7. Click Start Setup.
    Stripe will now send two micro-deposits or a verification code to the account you entered.

  8. Wait 1–2 business days for the deposits to appear in your bank activity.

  9. Return to LottoShield → Settings → Billing → ACH Pending Verification.

  10. Click Verify.

  11. Enter the micro deposit amounts or the verification code shown on your bank statement in the transaction description (e.g., SMAC12) and click Submit .

Your ACH payment method will now be active.
