Changing Payment Methods in LottoShield

There will be times when you need to change the payment method associated with one of your store locations. This is a simple process in LottoShield.

Please note that the new payment method will be charged on your next billing cycle:

  • For annual plans, this may not occur for several months.

  • For month-to-month plans, the new method will be charged on your next monthly payment.

Important:
If any of the options described below are not available, please contact LottoShield Customer Support for assistance.


1. Open Your Account Settings

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings.

  2. Click My Account.

    The Account Settings page will open.


2. Edit the Location

  1. Scroll down to the Locations section.

    You will see a list of your store locations.

  2. Click the Edit link next to the location whose payment method you want to change.

    The Edit Location page will open.


3. Choose a New Payment Method

  1. Select a different payment method from the list of payment options.

  2. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Your location is now updated with the new payment method.
