Deleting Payment Methods in LottoShield
If you’ve updated a location’s payment method and no longer need the old one, you can easily delete it from your LottoShield account.
Note:
A payment method that is still assigned to a store location cannot be deleted until a different payment method has been selected or if one has been set as the default. If no payment method is specified for a location, the default method will be used.
For best results, update the location to a new payment method first, then delete the old one.
1. Open Your Account Settings
- In the left navigation menu, select Settings.
- Click My Account.
The Account Settings page will open.
2. Open the Billing Portal
- Scroll down to the Billing and Payments section.

- Click View Billing Portal.
You will see your active subscription(s) and their associated payment methods.
Below that, you will see a list of all saved payment methods.
3. Delete the Unused Payment Method
- Find the payment method you want to remove.
- Click the three dots (...) to the right of that method.

- Select Delete.
- When prompted, click Delete payment method to confirm.

The selected payment method will now be removed from your account.
