Deleting Payment Methods in LottoShield

If you’ve updated a location’s payment method and no longer need the old one, you can easily delete it from your LottoShield account.

Note:
A payment method that is still assigned to a store location cannot be deleted until a different payment method has been selected or if one has been set as the default. If no payment method is specified for a location, the default method will be used.

For best results, update the location to a new payment method first, then delete the old one.


1. Open Your Account Settings

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings.

  2. Click My Account.

    The Account Settings page will open.


2. Open the Billing Portal

  1. Scroll down to the Billing and Payments section.

  2. Click View Billing Portal.

    You will see your active subscription(s) and their associated payment methods.

    Below that, you will see a list of all saved payment methods.

3. Delete the Unused Payment Method

  1. Find the payment method you want to remove.

  2. Click the three dots (...) to the right of that method.

  3. Select Delete.

  4. When prompted, click Delete payment method to confirm.

The selected payment method will now be removed from your account.
