Subscription Options in LottoShield

LottoShield offers two subscription options: Yearly and Monthly. You will choose the billing option when adding your first location.

Important:
All locations under the same LottoShield account must use the same billing option.
Your account must be set to either Monthly or Yearly billing for all locations. Mixing subscription types is not supported.


Yearly Subscription

  • Billed once per year

  • Covers 12 months of service for each location

  • Includes a built-in 20% discount compared to monthly billing

  • Ideal for stores looking to reduce long-term costs


Monthly Subscription

  • Billed once per month

  • Charged at the standard subscription rate

  • Ideal for stores that prefer more flexibility or month-to-month budgeting


When Will You Choose a Subscription Plan?

You’ll choose between the Yearly and Monthly subscription plans at the end of your trial period. Even if you selected the LottoShield PDA scanner and provided a payment method when you signed up, you’ll still need to complete your billing setup.

A few days before your trial ends, you’ll see a banner in the LottoShield Portal prompting you to finalize your billing options. You will also receive an email reminder.

All additional locations you add in the future will automatically use the same billing option.

Updating Your Subscription Payment Method

You may need to update your payment method if:

  • Your current card has expired

  • Your company changes billing accounts

  • You add or remove bank accounts

  • A payment fails

Payment methods can be added or changed at any time in the My Account section of the LottoShield portal.
